Hospital prepares for St. Luke's merger

In less than ten weeks, the hospital's name will change to St. Luke's Elmore.

"Patient care and support staff from Elmore Medical Center (EMC) and St. Luke's Health System are preparing to integrate on April 1, 2013," Doreen Krabbenhoft, the hospital's development director said in a prepared statement.
