West teacher earns capital grant

Looking at improving his ability to educate his students, a teacher from West Elementary School received hundreds of dollars in financial support through a state-level foundation.

Travis Willoughby, who marked his fourth year as a teacher at the local school, was one of several instructors across the state that earned grants from the Idaho Capital Educators Federal Credit Union Foundation.

Congratulations...Wonder what formula the credit union uses to reward superior performance that the Luna-tics can't seem to work out.
