The season of giving became the season of generosity Saturday evening as local businesses and organizations joined forces to raise thousands of dollars during the Third Annual Festival of Trees.
Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Elmore County, the event shattered at least two records that evening as it sought to raise money to benefit local students and families.
"This is a wonderful weekend devoted to children and families," said Jon Sowers, who served as the evening's emcee.
Mountain Home High School's drumline pick up the beat during their performance at the local car dealership, which hosted this year's fundraiser.
