Engines from the Mountain Home Fire Department and the Mountain Home Rural Fire Department fly the colors during a display at the El Rancho Parking Lot in the city's downtown area Tuesday morning.

Flags flew across the city's to mark the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.

Earlier in the day, city fire crews participated in a 9/11 observance at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
