WECRD approves fiscal 2013 budget

The Western Elmore County Recreation District's board of directors approved their operating budget for the new fiscal year, which includes a 1 percent increase in spending over the next 12 months.

The $451,000 budget gained unanimous approval following a public hearing Thursday evening.
