Is this just for texting or receiving calls too??? In my opinion I'm 19 years old and a mother of a 2yr old... and most people my age I see driving around talking on the phone and not paying attention to the wheel at all... its too dangerous to operate a phone at all while driving!!! I own a an android smart phone!!! And most people these days only use smart phones as well in my opinion its way too dangerous to even consider using a smart phone while driving!!! In my case being a mom I'm a worry-wort... and I'd rather miss a call or txt than put anyone in risk especially my little girl!!!!

It's about time to have a good law such as that! All to many times driving from Caldwell to Boise do I see people(usually young) texting while they are driving in heavy traffic. They need a hefty fine to go along with the infraction and then the next step is to have law enforcement enforce the law to the highest degree.
