Members of the Elmore County Board of Realtors present a $500 check to Mountain Home Fire Department representatives Alan Bermensolo and Bryan Reed during a brief ceremony on Monday.

The money will directly benefit the department's burnout fund, which helps local residents following a fire.

The presentation comes one week after three local families lost their homes in a range fire off Airbase Road. Members of the Elmore County Board of Realtors participating in Monday's presentation included directors Marcella Trueba and Gisela Light, board president Susan Richelieu, treasurer and secretary Rena Kerfoot and board vice president Kristin Riley.
