El-Whyee business group to host July 4th festival

The El-Whyee Business Association will host the city's annual Fourth of July Festival in the Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 4.

Held at Carl Miller Park, the festival is expected to fill the area with activities throughout the day, according to organizers.
