Florida man sentenced in rape of woman

BOISE (AP) -- A second man convicted in the 2003 kidnapping and rape of an Idaho woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison April 10, 2012.

Douglas J. Steinemer, 28, of Deltona, Fla., was sentenced by 4th District Judge Timothy Hansen, who called the offense "every person's nightmare."

Prosecutors alleged Steinemer and his father, long-distance trucker Hans Holsopple, kidnapped a woman from the parking lot of the Walmart in Mountain Home the evening of June 23, 2003.
