Student showcase

Jacob Logue, a fifth grader from Hacker Middle School, makes a few final adjustments to his painting of cherry blossoms prior to a student art show April 4 in Mountain Home.

Logue was one of dozens of local youngsters that showcased their work over a two-day period following his participation in the local art enrichment classes. The program encouraged creative thinking and expression to help these children broaden their view of things they learn. Photo by Brian S. Orban
