American Legion names its Boys State participants

Several of this year's Boys State participants pose for a photo following their selection by representatives from the local American Legion.

Nearly a dozen high school students from Mountain Home and Glenns Ferry earned opportunities to see first-hand how local, state and federal governments function during a yearly mock government exercise.

Students selected for the 2011 American Legion Boys State include one student from Glenns Ferry High School, another from Richard Mc Kenna Charter High School with nine more representing Mountain Home High School.
