Golfers finish 3rd at Purple Sage

The Mountain Home Tigers boys golf team placed third at a three-team conference golf match at Purple Sage Golf Course in Caldwell on March 12.

Middleton won the match, shooting a 158 team total. Skyview was second with a 175 and Mountain Home came in third at 182.

Brent Sexauer led the Tiger golfers, shooting a 41, the third-best score of the day. Matt Hurley carded a 46, Jake Egusquiza shot a 47 and Andrew Curtis came in with a 48.

The Tigers were at Falcon Crest Golf Course on Tuesday for a conference match against Bishop Kelly and Nampa.
