Emmett Powell has his fingerprints recorded on an identification form by Ken Oliver from the local Citizens on Patrol group during the Second Annual Community Cares Day event Saturday.

Sponsored by the Mountain Home Sears store, local law enforcement, medical, wildlife, emergency services and military representatives showcased their respective organizations and how they function during various emergency situations.
