Wendell man sentenced for vehicular manslaughter

An Wendell man living illegally in the United States will spend at least eight years in prison for his role in the deaths of four people in Elmore County last August.

Eusebio J. Pineda was sentenced to a determinate time of two years in prison, to be served consecutively, on each of four counts of vehicular manslaughter during his sentencing May 2 in District Court.

In addition, Judge Richard Greenwood sentenced Pineda to an indeterminate time of six years in confinement on each felony count with credit for 264 days.

    Not enough... short rope and a tall tree.. I dont feel like paying for trash like this, while good people go without the basic necessities in this country...

  • Well, THAT should teach him . When did a human life become so unimportant that people can kill someone and still spend time out of prison?

    It is do disgusting to me that this man will be out in a few years and probably kill someone else.
