We established a home here, and must leave far too soon.

We arrived here to Mountain Home in 2009, from Spangdahlem Germany. Our first thought of our new city was "where is it?" I had come from a larger city in Ohio, and my wife had come from a small town in PA. But after we got over the initial size of our city, we made it our home. My wife and I became heavily involved in activities, both and off base. We showed up with one daughter Jaelyn, and were blessed to welcome another daughter Vivian to our family while living here in Mountain Home. My wife focused on her job, education, and several programs for the betterment of military members. I thrust myself into coaching. I assisted with the Mountain Home JV/Varsity Boys Basketball team 2009-2010 the Mountain Home Middle School Track team 2009-2010, and also the Mountain Home JV/Varsity Football team 2010-2011. It has been truly a blessing, and we thank everyone for making us feel more than at home here in Idaho.
