Former Glenns Ferry resident, Victoria Kinnersley died in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, November 27, 2010. She was 92.

A private burial will be held at Glenn Rest Cemetery in Glenns Ferry, Idaho at a later date.

She was born, Victoria Eleanor Murphy on March 10, 1918 to Finley and Edith (Hobart) Murphy in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. She was raised and received her schooling there.

After graduating from high school, Victoria worked as a waitress until she was married.

In April of 1941, she was united in marriage to Glay Edward Kinnersley. They moved to Pocatello, Idaho and began their family. They lived in various areas of southern Idaho. In 1966, Glay and Victoria were divorced.

Victoria remained in Idaho Falls for time and then returned to Glenns Ferry where she cared for her parents.

After her parents' deaths, she moved to Portland to be near her children and their families.

Victoria loved shopping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving is her daughter Linda Poublon of Sandy and Stephen Kinnersley of Redmond, Washington; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
