Pineda prelim slated for Tuesday

A Wendell resident will return to Elmore County Magistrate Court on Tuesday to face four counts of felony vehicular manslaughter.

Eusebio J. Pineda, 45, stands accused of causing a head-on crash on the interstate near Glenns Ferry that killed four members of a California family.

The upcoming hearing will help determine if there is sufficient evidence to bind Pineda over to district court on the felony charges.

    So apparently he had the $$ to make the $250K bond. My sorry butt would still be sitting in jail.
