This FREE, 6-week workshop will take place every Monday night to help you manage your own chronic health conditions. If you are 50+ years old and have a persistent health issue such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, asthma, lung disease, arthritis, stroke, anxiety, depression, or others, it can often hold you back due to pain, fatigue, and other factors. This workshop has demonstrated it can increase one's overall self-rated health, increase energy, decrease fatigue-- and even reduce visits to the physician.

Coordinated by the Center for Community Health of Elmore Medical Center, these workshops are available to you at no cost and have demonstrated they can improve your health and wellness. Although the workshops are intended for the elderly, all ages experiencing a chronic health problem are welcome.

This 6-week workshop begins Monday, August 2nd, at the Mountain Home Library multipurpose room. You can register by showing up to the first workshop, or call Brad at 587-8401 ext 261 for more information.
