Megan is a graduate of Laramie County Community College and is completing her bachelor's degree at the University of Wyoming. She is employed as a Weld County deputy sheriff.
She is the daughter of Devee Dockham of California and Rick Mulinax of Denver, Colo.
Christopher is a graduate of Mountain Home High School and Laramie Community College. He is completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Wyoming. He also is employed as a Weld County deputy sheriff.
He is the son of Jeff and Laura Kwilinski of Cheyenne, Wyo., previously of Mountain Home.
The groom's grandparents are Joe Kwilinski and Harry and Sharon Wilson of Cadillac, Mich., Ines Wilson of Riverton, Wyo., and "adopted" grandparents Andrew and Betty White of Mountain Home.
