Bott graduates before reaching 17th birthday

Jessica C. Bott finished her academic studies a full year ahead of schedule. In addition, she was one of 59 honor students recognized at last week's commencement event.

As Mountain Home High School's Class of 2010 stepped across the stage to accept their diplomas Friday evening, one student met a personal goal to earn her certificate much earlier than expected.

Celebrating her 17th birthday today, Jessica C. Bott finished her academic studies a full year ahead of schedule.

In addition, Jessica was one of 59 honor students recognized at last week's commencement event. The distinction goes to students that maintain at least a 3.5 grade point average during their high school years.

  • Jessica you are an amazing young lady I had a great pleasure in knowing when I worked at the animal shelter. I knew you had great potential and am very glad to see you went forward and did great things. Congradulations girl I am so very proud of you.
