Carnival returns for Crazee Daze

Wednesday, May 19, 2010
The Crazee Daze carnival begins Thursday in Railroad Park and continues through Saturday.

The Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Crazee Daze Carnival in Railroad Park, beginning this Thursday, May 20, and running through Sunday, May 23.

The other traditional aspects of Crazee Daze will not be held this year due to a shortage of Chamber volunteers to run the programs.

Despite the demise of the other Crazee Daze events, the Royal West Amusements carnival itself is expected to draw large crowds to the downtown area.

  • It's so sad we had such crazy wet, cold weather for the carnival. The kids went for a little while, till they couldn't take being soaking wet anymore. No one made much money there this weekend...
