Internet scam reported

A Prairie couple have fallen victim to one of the latest internet scams.

The couple believed they had purchased two four-wheelers on Craig's List for $3,500.

But the photo and information concerning the vehicles had been copied by criminals from another Craig's List ad. The couple were then referred to a fake e-Bay site to make their payment.
