Fisher opens bid for assessor's post

Ron Fisher, lifelong Mountain Home resident and successful small-business owner, has announced his candidacy for election to the office of Elmore County Assessor on the Republican ticket.

"The county assessor is a challenging position for which I feel my education and work experience has prepared me," Fisher said.

"I bring to the job, a record of honesty and integrity, as well as a strong work ethic."
