Bryant's selection for the honor was a fitting symbol for the theme of this year's banquet: "The History of Black Economic Empowerment."
An Air Force retiree who settled in Mountain Home, Bryant is the owner of Mark Anthony's Purveyors of Fine Cigars, a combination bar and high-end cigar store. Since opening the business in 2006, he has provided over $2,000 in arts scholarships to local graduating seniors.
