Tigers dominate, crush BK in rout

The Mountain Home Tigers took advantage of four pins and four forfeits to down the Bishop Kelly Knights 48-30 last Thursday at Bishop Kelly High School.

Devonte McClain (119 pounds), Tyler Rios (125), D.J. Hale (130) and Tim Hazelbaker (171) all won by pins. Joe Gutierrez (112), Austin Clark (135), Ryan Goldsby (140) and Ty McRae (285) won by forfeit. Meanwhile, Zach Pomerantz (145) lost a 15-13 decision, Austin Lucas (103) lost a 19-9 major decision, Kevin Anderson (160) lost by technical fall (15-0) and Jon Ryan (189) and Stephen Lemmon (215) lost by pins.

The Tigers close out their regular season schedule Thursday at Columbia. District action continues Feb. 18 to 19 at Bishop Kelly.
