New WECRD chair vows to spend money on recreation

Friday, February 12, 2010

Marsha Sellers was selected as chairman of the Western Elmore County Recreation District Board last week and is promising a number of changes, including spending money on recreation programs.

"I'm planning on starting a clean slate with the public," she said. "We'll have open meetings, an open agenda and open solutions. My motto for this year is bring us a problem and we'll see if we can fix it."
