Valentine's Day prom set for those 55+

Mountain Home's newly reformed Jaycees organization will host a Valentines Day prom for local senior citizens ages 55 and up the evening of Feb. 13.

The prom begins at 5 p.m. at the Mountain Home Senior Center and features a spaghetti dinner furnished by Smoky Mountain Pizza and Pasta along with a salad and desert.

During the evening, organizers will hold a free raffle featuring prizes donated by local businesses. In addition, a photographer will shoot people's portraits on a donation basis.

Reservations are not required, but tickets are limited. The cost is $5 for couples and $3 for singles.
