Abbey, Shain nuptials planned

Robert and Linda Abbey of Mountain Home have announced the engagement of their daughter, Heather, to Derek Shain, son of Ricky and Staci Shain of New Mexico.

Heather is a 2005 graduate of Mountain Home High School and currently is stationed with the U.S. Air Force at RAF Lakenheath, England, where the groom-to-be also is stationed.

The couple plan to wed in May in New Mexico.
