Teams That Have Clinched

NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles: clinched a playoff spot in Week 15.

Dallas Cowboys: clinched a playoff spot in Week 16.

Week 17 game between Eagles and Cowboys will decide NFC East title.

NFC North

Minnesota Vikings: clinched the NFC North Division in Week 15.

Green Bay Packers: clinched a playoff spot in Week 16.

NFC South

New Orleans Saints: clinched the NFC South Division in Week 13, a first-round bye in Week 14 and home field advantage Week 16.

NFC West

Arizona Cardinals: clinched the NFC West in Week 15.

Playoff Scenarios

NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles: can clinch the NFC East Division with a win or tie (vs. Dallas; can clinch a first-round bye with a win (vs. Dallas) OR a tie and a Minnesota loss or tie (vs. N.Y. Giants.

Dallas Cowboys: can clinch the NFC East Division with a win (vs. Philadelphia); can clinch a first-round bye with a win and a Minnesota loss (vs. N.Y. Giants) and an Arizona loss or tie (vs. Green Bay).

NFC North

* Carolina finishes ahead of San Francisco based on conference record (7-4 to 49ers' 6-5).
