morial Christmas Tree" at the Mountain Home Public Library.

The tree offers families a special way to remember their loved ones who have passed.

The tree was placed by Horizon Home Health and Hospice. There are trees throughout the state at other Idaho libraries, due to an agreement between the Idaho Commission for Libraries, the Idaho Library Association and Idaho's Area Agencies on Aging.

"If you would like to remember a loved one who has passed come to the library and put their name on an ornament, or write them a message. The ornaments are in a basket by the tree, which is visible through a window in the parking lot. The act of remembering your loved one may be done confidentially as you need not check in with anyone," the librarians said.
