Kiersten LeAnne Vasconcellos

Mountain Home Police are asking the public to help locate a high school teenager who is believed to have run away from home.

Authorities believe she is still in area and possibly hiding with friends.

Missing since Oct. 9 is Kiersten LeAnne Vasconcellos, 14, daughter of Tina and Corey Tvinnerime. She was last seen at the high school on that date.

She is described as 5'7", 135 lbs., with brown eyes and dark brown hair. She has a piercing in her upper left ear.

Anyone who has any information about the missing teen is urged to call Detective Ty Larsen or Officer Natalie Rodgers at the Mountain Home Police Department (587-2101)>

  • So glad her mom is finally getting help looking for her!! I hope she's found safe & sound. Someone's "past" doesn't warrent not looking when they're missing, especially a 14yr old child!

  • Who said anything regarding her past?

  • Both Tina and Corey are very worried and just want her home. What does a child's "past" have to do with the fact that she is 14 years old and "missing?" Kids do some stupid things and love to test the system and rules. She needs to be found and returned to her parents regardless of the situation. Tina and Corey, hang in there. They will locate her and get her back home. Have faith.

  • I was told by a friend of the family that her disappearance wasn't really "taken seriously" last weekend because she had run away in the past. Like I said-that has nothing to do with the fact that she's currently missing. "They" should have persued this for her parents, just like every other missing person case, especially since she's a child! I can't believe it took a week to make the online paper!! Still praying for her & her family!

    Kiersten,

I don't know you nor do I know your family. I just wanted to say if you read this, please return home to your mom.

Just from this article I can see they love you, miss you and are worried about you.

It's hard but years later you will understand. I promise you will.

  • If this girl is safe, she needs to call someone to tell her family she's fine instead of making them suffer.
