Lady Tigers fall at tri-match

The Mountain Home Lady Tigers dropped three conference volleyball matches last week.

Nampa 3, Mountain Home 0

The Lady Tigers faced Nampa last Tuesday night at Nampa as part of a conference tri-match with Nampa and Kuna and lost to the Lady Bulldogs 16-25, 17-25, 15-25.

Nickayla Skinner had 12 assists and was 3/4 on serves and had two digs. Arlene Futch was 8/8 on serves and had four kills and five digs. Blas Lord was 5/6 on serves, with one ace, five kills, five blocks and six digs. Caitlin Kreyche was 6/6 serving, with four kills, four digs and a block. Shelby Roberts was 4/5 on serves with an ace, two kills and three digs. Tanya McKenzie was 1/2 serving and had a kill and three digs. Dylan Dean was 2/2 on serves, had a block, a kill and five digs. Lindsay Sessions was 2/2 serving with one kill. Jessica Liercke was 4/4 serving, with an ace and a dig. Alexis Ruffing had four digs and Brittany Ryan had two digs.

Kuna 3, Mountain Home 0

The Lady Tigers battled Kuna tough at the tri-match, but lost three straight, 18-25, 19-25 and 14-25.

Mountain Home had a bad match serving against Kuna, only making 77 percent of its serves.

Nickayla Skinner had nine assists, was 6/9 serving and had two kills, a block and seven digs. Alexis Ruffing had 15 digs. Tanya McKenzie was 6/7 serving, had three blocks, three kills and six digs. Shelby Roberts was 3/4 serving, had two kills, a block and six digs. Jessica Liercke was 5/7 on serves, had two blocks, a kill and four digs. Blas Lord was 4/5 serving, with an ace, four blocks. three kills and four digs.

Arlene Futch was 2/4 serving, with two kills and three digs. Caitlin Kreyche was 8/9 serving, with an ace, three kills and two digs and Dylan Dean was 2/2 serving.

Bishop Kelly 3, Mountain Home 0

Bishop Kelly swept the Lady Tigers in three games last Thursday, 16-25, 15-25 and 17-25.

Nickayla Skinner had 10 assists, was 2/4 on serves with two aces, had two kills, a block and six digs. Dylan Dean was 4/6 serving with an ace, three assists, five kills, two blocks and nine digs. Caitlin Kreyche was 2/3 on serves, with eight kills and a block. Blas Lord was 6/8 serving, with three assists, three kills and two digs. Tanya McKenzie was 4/5 serving, with an ace, three blocks, four kills, four digs and an assist. Arlene Futch was 8/8 serving, with a kill and five digs. Jessica Liercke was 3/3 serving, Brittany Ryan had a kill and four digs and Alexis Ruffing had six digs.

The Lady Tigers hosted Columbia on Tuesday and faces Skyview on Oct. 6.
