Council makes changes to proposed pet ordinance

During a meeting Monday evening, the Mountain Home City Council proposed additional changes to the city's animal control ordinance, including restrictions on owning more than three pets in multiple family units.

If signed into law, the revised ordinance may include eliminating pet turn-in fees at the city animal shelter while cutting annual licensing fees for cat owners.
