Glenns Ferry wind farm signs deal with Idaho Power

Idaho Winds LLC, a subsidiary of Pacific Winds LLC (and an affiliate of PowerWorks LLC), has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Idaho Power Company for the output from the 21-MW Sawtooth Wind Project, to be located 60 miles east of Boise, near Glenns Ferry.

Construction is expected to begin as early as next summer.
