Court ruling triggers changes in city curfew ordinance

The city's juvenile curfew moved to midnight starting July 27 after Mayor Tom Rist signed a city ordinance revising the times these individuals can remain outside of their homes at night.

According to Mountain Home Police Chief John Walter, the city's nightly curfew now runs from midnight to 5 a.m. Previously, the curfew began at 11 p.m.
