Fair premium books available; carnival tickets on sale now

Elmore County Premium Books and carnival pre-sale tickets are now available.

"Are you interested in participating in the biggest contest in Elmore County," Fair Director Shea Burns asked. "Not only could you win cash and ribbons but most of all, you get bragging rights."

Entry rules for the open class and other competitions premium books are available at D&B Supply, Pauls Market, and Mulberry Place in Mountain Home, and in Glenns Ferry at Hometown Hardware and the Corner Market.

Carnival pre-sale tickets go on sale this week. They will only be available for a short time --June 22 through July 10. The tickets are available at Pauls Market and D&B Supply in Mountain Home and The Corner Market, Southside Market, The Stop and Hometown Hardware in Glenns Ferry. Tickets are $18 each and are good for five hours of events at the carnival. A second session is available for an additional $10, according to Burns.
