Kids can use free food program

Dear editor:

I wanted to let everyone know about a great program happening at East Elementary right now. FREE FOOD for kids.

Monday through Friday, breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Children 18 years old and younger are FREE.

Adult breakfast is $1.50 and adult lunch is $2.90.

I go there for lunch and have between one and three kids with me at a time and we love it. My kids especially like the fruit and salad bar that comes with lunch. It has fresh salad, fruits and veggies every day.

I would like to encourage everyone to try this program out. The price is right and the food is Yummy.
