Frank O. Kunnecke

Marie Bollinger, Elkette president, accepts a check from Franklin O. Kunnecke to help with equipment for the kitchen of the new Elk's Lodge, as Elk's Trustee Jack Donahue looks on. Although the exact amount was not disclosed, Bollinger described the donation as "very generous." Kunnucke has been an Elk for over three decades. He and his late wife, Betty, traveled extensively and often would visit any Elk lodges they found along their way, Bollinger said. "He's always been a very strong supporter" of the Elks and Elkettes, she noted.
