Free shredding day scheduled

May 30, Pioneer Federal Credit Union in Mountain Home will sponsor a "community shred day" on May 30 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Anyone with papers they would like shredded can take them to the credit union during that time.

The event is described as a way to "prevent fraud and to help people clean up their extra paperwork that they have laying around in a safe way."
