Tiger tennis team scores its first victory of the season
The Mountain Home Tigers tennis team picked up its first win of the season last Monday against Jerome in a non-conference match at the base courts.

The Mountain Home Tiger tennis team hosted Jerome in a non-conference tennis match on the base courts, beating them 4-3 in both the boys and girls competition.
Bryan Wheeler picked up a win in the #3 boys singles match, blanking his Jerome opponent, 6-0, 6-0.
Andrew Martin lost the #1 boys singles match, 0-6, 0-6, and Ross Pataro lost the #2 singles match, 0-6, 0-6.
The Tigers split the boys doubles, with Keth Galloway and Greg Walsh winning the #1 doubles match, 6-4, 7-6 (TB 7-4), while Frankie Wenner and Chris Austin lost the #2 match, 1-6, 0-6.
Mountain Home lost all three girls singles matches to Jerome.
Brittany Ryan lost the #1 singles match, 1-6, 2-6, Natalie Lasher lost the #2 match, 1-6, 2-6, and Danielle Lord lost the #3 match, 4-6, 0-6.
Mountain Home swept the girls doubles matches, with Amy Hymer and Chandler Cain winning the #1 match, 6-3, 7-6 (TB), and Allyanna Wintermote and Danielle Gorman won the #2 match, 6-3, 6-3.
Mountain Home also swept the mixed doubles matches, as Collin Smith and Ali Draper won the #1 match, and Justin Rogow and Bethany Johns won the #2 match.
Bad weather played havoc with the rest of the Mountain Home tennis matches for the week.
