Raines to wed Wells

Mr. and Mrs. Raines have announced the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Raines, to Jeff Wells, the son of Dan and Roberta Wells of Meridian and Tammy and Tom Palmer of Boise.

Melissa is a 2006 graduate of Mountain Home High School and is current finishing her junior year at Boise State University majoring in psychology.

Jeff is a 2005 graduate of Borah High School in Boise.

The two are planning to be married on May 23, 2009, in Emmett.
