Carol loved to spend most of her time in the great outdoors camping, fishing and hunting. Family and friends were important to her and she enjoyed playing games and cooking for all that came by, no one was turned away from her home without a good cup of coffee and a homemade meal.

In 1994, Carol met the second love of her life Harry "Mac" McCoy. Mac soon learned that being with Carol met taking on her four kids and countless grandchildren. They kept each other young by spending time in the outdoors, traveling cross country, and finding each and every new gadget on the market and bringing it home.

Carol will truly be missed by her loving husband Harry McCoy, sons Doug and his wife Essie Mae of Mtn Home, Dennis and his wife Pam of Tampa, FL, daughters Ramona and her husband Jay of Santa Rosa, CA and Brenda and her husband Bob of Korea, four remaining siblings, eight grandchildren; David Lee Kellerman, Trevor Beaver, Megan F.
