Kim and Judy Kirkland of McCall, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Hailey, to Ryan McMurtrey, the son of Tim and Cheryl McMurtrey of Mountain Home.
Hailey, a 2001 graduate of McCall High School, is a member of Delta Gamma sorority and graduated in May 2006 from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education.
Hailey currently teaches third-grade students at Indian Creek Elementary School in Kuna.
Ryan, a 2000 graduate of Mountain Home High School, is a member of Delta Chi fraternity and graduated in May 2005 from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Systems and Accounting.
Ryan is employed by Richter, Stuart & Todeschi PA in Boise.
A May 29, 2009, wedding date has been set. The ceremonies will be held in McCall.
