Secret Mountain Home gas tax?

Just curious; does Mountain Home have a secret gas tax I am unaware of?

When I lived in Idaho Falls in the mid '70s and traveled home to Utah, I would usually pay about 3-cents (all comments are per gallon) more for my Idaho gas.

I have lived in Mountain Home over 20 years and found on the average I would pay 10 cents less in Utah usually zero to 5-cent difference up or down compared to Boise. Last month, both Boise and Ogden were 20 cents less and the other day now 30 cents less than Mountain Home.

It is almost getting to the point where you will save money to drive to Boise to just fill your tank; well at least don't fill-up if you're headed that way.

Anyway, I was just wandering.
