District Court

James Munson, 23, was found guilty for burglary (5/18/06). Munson was ordered to nine years probation (retained jurisdiction) and ordered to pay $347.50 in court costs.

Munson had a charge of grand theft (5/18/06) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Munson was found guilty for a charge of petit theft (retained jurisdiction--stemming from 5/18/06 case).

Munson had a charge of causing malicious injury to property (5/18/06) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Munson was found guilty for a probation violation (11/30/07).

For these charges Munson was ordered to pay $2,504.30 in restitution. For these charges the court ruled five years (determinate time) and five years (indeterminate time), plus 375 days credited.

Cody Blaine Bednorz, 20, was found guilty for an amended charge of delivery of a controlled substance (11/21/07--amended to possession of more than three ounces of marijuana). Bednorz was ordered to three years probation and fined $750 plus $170.50 in court costs.

Bednorz had a charge of the use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia (11/21/07) dismissed by the court.

Bednorz was found guilty for driving without privileges (11/21/07). Bednorz was sentenced to 30 days in jail (zero days suspended, one day credited, to be served within 180 days) and fined $250.

Bednorz had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (11/21/07) dismissed by the court.

Bednorz had a charge of exceeding the maximum speed limit (11/21/07) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Magistrate Court

Alberto Hernandez, 47, had an amended charge of driving under the influence (10/13/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Jason D. Root, 27, had a charges of the unlawful transportation of an open alcoholic beverage container and the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (11/11/07) dismissed on motions made by the prosecutor.

Kendall M. Shanko, 20, had a charge of battery-domestic violence (12/9/07) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Johnny W. Cox, 21, was found guilty for battery (12/29/07). Cox was sentenced to 60 days in jail (53 days suspended, seven days suspended), ordered into one year probation and fined $500 ($300 suspended) plus $175.50 in court costs.

Mario L. Mackie, 30, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (1/24/08). Mackie was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Mackie had a contempt of court charge dismissed.

Tyler M. Chisamore, 24, was found guilty for the possession of a controlled substance (2/21/08). Chisamore was sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended, one day credited), issued a work release, ordered to one year probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $180.50 in court costs.

Chisamore was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (2/21/08). Chisamore was fined $100.

Julie E. Cook, 29, was found guilty for constant disturbing sounds of any animal (3/12/08). Cook was fined $50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Noe Hurtado-Gomez, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/12/08). Gomez was sentenced to two days in jail (two days credited) and fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Carlos Maldonado, (age unknown), was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/12/08). Maldonado was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Brenda Garcia, 17, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/12/08). Garcia was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Anthony C. Dela Cruz, 22, was found guilty for having a vicious dog (4/13/08). Dela Cruz was fined $150 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Evan M. Pope, 22, was found guilty for constant disturbing sounds of any animal (4/7/08). Pope was fined $68 plus $3 in court costs.

Rodney K. Adcock, 29, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/12/08). Adcock was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Xavier R. Wright, 25, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/11/08). Wright was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Raul Garcia-Martinez, 45, was found guilty for failure to provide proof of insurance (4/15/08). Martinez was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jimmy F. Ramirez, 19, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (4/20/08). Ramirez was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Albert J. Faber, 23, was found guilty for racing on a public highway (4/22/08). Faber was fined $118.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
