Spotten to marry Basher

Dale and Patricia Spotten of Mountain Home and Michael Basher and Puddin Ulmer of Winnsboro, La., have announced the engagement of their children, Katiemarie Spotten and Mitchell Basher of Mountain Home.

Katie is an employee at Elmore Medical Center and Mitchell is a staff sergeant at Mountain Home AFB.

The couple will be married on March 29, 2008.
