Magistrate Court

Charles F. Brinkerhoff, 63, was found guilty of driving under the influence (9/9/02 case). Brinkerhoff was sentenced to 60 days in jail (60 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) plus $86.50 in court costs.

Brinkerhoff was found guilty for contempt of court. Brinkerhoff was sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days credited) and fined $300 ($300 suspended).

Michael L. Baysinger, 36, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (8/10/02 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Baysinger was fined $300 plus $68.50 in court costs.

Baysinger was found guilty for the consumption and the purchase of an open alcoholic beverage container (8/10/02 case). Baysinger was fined $100.

Baysinger was found guilty for contempt of court and fined $100.

Jennifer Gail Eno, 30, pleaded guilty for fraud-insufficient funds check (12/11/02 case). The case has been withheld.

Eno was found guilty for contempt of court (7/12/06 case). Eno was sentenced to 5 days in jail (4 days suspended) and placed on 6 months probation.

For both charges, Eno was ordered to pay $87.34 in restitution.

Don R. Morris, 47, was found guilty for driving under the influence (12/31/05 case). Morris was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 1 day credited, 60 hours community service for 3 days), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $600 plus $449.50 in court costs.

Morris was found guilty for a probation violation (12/31/05 case). Morris was fined $75. Morris had a charge of contempt of court (12/31/05 case) dismissed by the court.

Damon G. Smith, 37, was found guilty for driving under the influence (9/1/06 case). Smith was sentenced to 180 days in jail (100 days suspended, remanded on 18 days), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 plus $87.50 in court costs.

Smith was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (9/1/06 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Smith was sentenced to 30 days in jail (concurrent with Count 1).

Joshua L. Loader, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (1/8/07 case). Loader was fined $68.50 plus $74.50 in court costs.

Loader was found guilty for three contempt of court charges. For the first charge, Loader was sentenced to 3 days in jail (3 days suspended) and fined $100. For the second charge Loader was sentenced to 5 days in jail (3 days suspended, 2 days credited) and fined $75. For the third charge Loader was sentenced to 5 days in jail (3 days suspended, 2 days credited).

Jason R. McClure, 35, was found guilty for driving under the influence (3/10/07 case). McClure was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 1 year probation, had his drivers license suspended 180 days and fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) plus $137.50 in court costs.

McClure was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days credited).

Marty Carl Sauerland, 24, was found guilty for driving without privileges (4/5/07 case). Sauerland was sentenced to 2 days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $137.50 in court costs.

Sauerland was found guilty for contempt of court and fined $100.

Sauerland had a second contempt of court charge dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jonathan K. Ring, 21, pleaded not guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/24/07 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). The case was dismissed after Ring paid $100 in forfeited bonds.

Dennis R. Bowne, 40, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/28/07 case). Bowne was sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended, 22 days credited), issued a work release, placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 2 years and fined $500 plus $187.50 in court costs.

Bowne had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (4/28/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jesus G. Marquez, 21, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery (6/2/07 case--amended to disturbing the peace). Marquez was fined $100 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Jamar L. Adams, 24, pleaded guilty for the exhibition or the use of a deadly weapon (8/4/07 case). The case has been withheld.

Shawn L. Ramirez, 24, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (8/10/07 case--amended to children-injury to child). Ramirez was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 5 days credited), placed on 2 years probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended) plus $220.50 in court costs.

Ida L. Porter, 44, was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving (8/11/07 case--amended to exceeding maximum speed limit). Porter was fined $98.50 plus $41.50 in court costs.

Dorsey E. Dixon, Jr., 23, was found guilty for reckless driving (8/17/07 case). Dixon was sentenced to 90 days in jail (69 days suspended), issued a work release, placed on 18 months probation and fined $500 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Eugenio Ortiz-Flores, 39, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (8/30/07 case). Flores was sentenced to 180 days in jail (165 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Flores was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (8/30/07 case). Flores was fined $150.

Victor L. McDaniel III, 22, had charges of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (9/23/07 cases) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Sonia S. Ortiz, 38, had a charge of unlawful entry (9/1/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ortiz was found guilty for malicious injury to property (9/1/07 case). Ortiz was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended) plus $177.50 in court costs.

For these charges, Ortiz was ordered to pay $246 in restitution.

Ivan B. Martinez, 16, was found guilty for reckless driving (10/9/07 case). Martinez was sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $175.50 in court costs.

Martinez was found guilty for a probation violation (10/9/07 case). Martinez was sentenced to 2 days in jail and placed on 5 months probation.

Sean M. Harris, 28, pleaded guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (10/24/07 case). The case has been withheld.

Erik L. Cayo, 38, was found guilty for a violation of a no contact order (12/2/07 case). Cayo was sentenced to 60 days in jail (53 days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $500 ($500 suspended) plus $200.50 in court costs.

Cayo had a charge of a second violation of a no contact order (12/3/07 case) dismissed on motion made by the prosecutor.

Clyde Logan Hoff, 54, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/29/07--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Hoff was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Hoff had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (12/29/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Laura C. Delvalle, 29, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (1/15/08 case--amended to inattentive/careless driving). Delvalle was sentenced to 1 day in jail (1 day credited) and fined $300 plus $75.50 in court costs.

James L. Hughes, 19, was found guilty for prostitution (1/28/08 case). Hughes was sentenced to 45 days in jail (45 days credited).

Juan A. Hernandez, 42, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (2/14/08 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Hernandez was sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days credited).

Thomas Carpenter, 30, was found guilty for reckless driving (2/21/08 case). Carpenter was sentenced to 30 days in jail (20 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($200 suspended) plus $99.50 in court costs.

Ismael Buendia-Rodriguez, 20, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/26/08 case). Rodriguez was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Victor Martinez-Martinez, 33, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/29/08 case). Martinez was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

David C. Pacheco, 22, was found guilty for urinating in public (3/2/08 case). Pacheco was sentenced to 1 day in jail (1 day credited) and fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jaime Juarez, 23, had a charge of driving without privileges (2/29/08 case) dismissed by the court.

Miguel Torres-Vega, 18, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (3/3/08 case). Vega was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Christopher D. Copeland, 22, was found guilty for failure to wear a seat belt in a commercial vehicle (2/26/08 case). Copeland was fined $43.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Toya K. Brauch, 22, was found guilty for failure to wear a seat belt in a commercial vehicle (2/27/08 case). Brauch was fined $43.50 plus $80.50 in court costs.

Elezar S. Canare, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/28/08 case). Canare was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Conceplion C. Galeana, 44, was found guilty for driving on a divided highway/restricted access (2/27/08 case). Galeana was fined $13.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
