Magistrate Court

Robert Lynch, 27 was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (3/24/07 case--amended to disturbing the peace).

Lynch was sentenced to 60 days (57 days suspended, 3 days credited), placed on 1 year probation and fined $150 plus $199.50 in court costs.

Lynch was found guilty for contempt of court, sentenced to 5 days in jail (4 days suspended, 1 day credited) and fined $50.

Fred Gene Sevier, Jr., 18, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (6/23/07 case). Sevier was fined $68.50 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Sevier was found guilty for contempt of court, sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days suspended) and fined $75.

Katherine A. Cotnoir, 39, was found guilty for assault-domestic violence (9/8/07 case). Cotnoir was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 5 days credited), placed on 2 years probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Cotnoir had a charge of injury to a child (9/8/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cotnoir was found guilty for possession of a controlled substance (9/8/07 case). Cotnoir was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 5 days credited, concurrent with Count I) and fined $500 ($250 suspended).

Kevin E. Bish, 35, was found guilty for driving under the influence (11/3/07 case). The case was withheld.

Tessa Rose Rodriguez, 20, was found guilty for failure to notify upon striking an unattended vehicle (2/1/08 case). Rodriguez was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Israel Acosta, 32, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (2/17/08 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding a invalid drivers license). Acosta was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Juanita A. Klosky, 27, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving (2/18/08 case). Klosky was fined $300 plus $80.50 in court costs.

Phillip J. Haggarty, 28, was found guilty for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license (2/16/08 case). Haggarty was fined $23 plus $86 in court costs.

Kacie L. Williams, 16, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/17/08 case). Williams was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Kurt H. Kent, 26, was found guilty for a violation of his drivers license or commercial drivers license (2/19/08 case). Kent was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Audra L. Holtquist, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/20/08 case). Holtquist was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Alfredo Zacarras-Guzman, 26, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/23/08 case). Guzman was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Rey A. Rios, 17, was found guilty for littering roadway from a vehicle (2/24/08 case). Rios was fined $33.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Benjamin Juzrez-Servin, 18, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/24/08 case). Servin was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Harley D. Morgan, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/22/08 case). Morgan was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Patrick A. Murdorf, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/22/08 case). Murdorf was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Jose Natividad Z. Garcia, 24, was found guilty for driving without privileges (2/26/08 case). Garcia was sentenced to 10 days in jail (9 days credited, court costs converted to 2 days jail, credit for 9 days).

Garcia was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving (2/26/08 case--amended to inattentive/careless driving). Garcia was sentenced to 2 days in jail (concurrent with Count I).

Garcia had a charge of providing false information to an officer (2/26/08 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.
