District Court

Kevin J. Jackson, 27, had a charge of aggravated assault (use of a deadly weapon/instrument) stemming from a 6/19/07 case, dismissed by the court.

Jackson was found guilty for malicious injury to property (6/19/07 case). Jackson was sentenced to 240 days in jail (240 credit days, to run concurrent with the following charge).

Jackson was found guilty for battery-domestic violence/traumatic injury (6/18/07 case).

Magistrate Court

Megan T. Fuller, 31, was found guilty for an amended charge of aggravated driving under the influence (5/29/04 case--amended to driving under the influence). Fuller was sentenced to 300 days in jail (240 days suspended) issued a work release), placed on 2 years probation, had her drivers' license suspended for 1 year and fined $2,015 ($1,000 suspended) plus $582.50 in court costs.

Fuller was found guilty for a probation violation (7/5/07 case). Fuller was sentenced to 195 days (2 days credited).

For both charges, Fuller was ordered to pay $2,222.88 in restitution.

Jason G. Patridge, 29, was found guilty for hunting, trapping of fishing without a license (4/15/06 case). Patridge was fined $100 plus $80 in court costs.

Patridge was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (4/15/06 case). Patridge was fined $50.

For both charges Patridge was ordered to pay $406 in forfeited bonds.

Anthony J. Niehay, 28, was found guilty for an amended charge of domestic battery (4/19/06 case--amended to disturbing the peace). Niehay was fined $150 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Niehay was found guilty for contempt of court and fined $75.

Niehay was found guilty for a second contempt of court and sentenced to 5 days in jail.

Catherine A. Rosser, 26, was found guilty for grand theft (7/28/06 case-amended to petit theft). Rosser was sentenced to 180 days in jail (165 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 2 years probation and fined $1,000 ($850 suspended) plus $222.50 in court costs.

Rosser had a charge of petit theft (7/28/06 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Rosser was found guilty for a probation violation (7/28/06 case). Rosser was sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days suspended).

For these charges, Rosser was ordered to pay $200 in restitution.

James L. Trenkle, 56, had a charge of driving without privileges (11/10/06 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Trenkle was found guilty for failure to provide proof of insurance (11/10/06 case).

For these charges Trenkle was ordered to pay $500 in forfeited bonds.

Lori A. Appodaca, 19, was found guilty for petit theft (1/22/07 case). Appodaca was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended) plus $88.50 in court costs.

Appodaca was found guilty for contempt of court. Appodaca was sentenced to 5 days in jail (4 days suspended, jail converted to 20 hours community service).

Appodaca was found guilty for a second contempt of court. Appodaca was sentenced to 5 days in jail (5 days suspended).

For these charges, Appodaca was ordered to pay $480 in restitution.

Benjamen T. Sommer, 19, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving (3/28/07 case). Sommer was sentenced to 50 days in jail (48 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $300 plus $147.50 in court costs.

Sommer was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to 5 days in jail (3 days suspended).

Jose M. Hernandez, 20, was found guilty for the purchase, consumption and the possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (4/28/07 case). Hernandez had his drivers license suspended for 60 days and fined $150 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Hernandez had a charge of resisting or obstructing officers (4/28/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Hernandez was found guilty for the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (4/28/07 case). Hernandez was sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $182.50 in court costs.

Michele Dawn Zupkow, 32, was found guilty for an amended charge of use of a telephone to harass or make obscene calls, (4/26/07 case-amended to disturbing the peace). Zupkow was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($450 suspended) plus $72.50 in court costs.

Randy L. Bevell, 49, was found guilty for an amended charge of domestic assault (5/12/07 case-amended to battery). Bevell was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended, 3 days credited), placed on 2 years probation and fined $750 ($500 suspended) plus $82.50 in court costs.

Charles W. Burbery, 51 had charges of driving without privileges and driving under the influence (6/2/07 cases) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Cobos was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on 60 days probation, had his drivers license suspended for 60 days and fined $500 ($300 suspended) plus $79.50 in court costs.

Cobos was found guilty for contempt of court, sentenced to 5 days in jail (3 days suspended, 40 hours community service) and fined $100 plus $26 in court costs.

Hugo A. Martinez-Chavez, 25, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (7/28/07 case-amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Chavez was sentenced to 2 days in jail (1 day credited) and fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Wade K. Finneman, 48, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (8/4/07 case-amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Finneman was fined $200 plus $125.50 in court costs.

Christopher J. Fry, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (8/13/07 case-amended to disturbing the peace). Fry was sentenced to 30 days in jail (26 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($400 suspended) plus $190.50 in court costs.

Melanie K. Dahl, 59, was found guilty for driving under the influence (8/18/07 case). Dahl was sentenced to 5 days in jail (1 day credited, 60 hours community service), placed on 1 year probation, had her drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $500 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Trever J. Dekker, 17, was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving (8/21/07 case-amended to inattentive/careless driving). Dekker was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on 8 months probation and ordered to pay $99.50 in court costs.

Kevin R. Gauthier, 45, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (9/8/07 case). Gauthier was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended, 3 days credited, first 2 must be in custody), placed on 12 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($250 suspended) plus $275.50 in court costs.

Gauthier had a charge of the consumption and the possession of an open alcoholic beverage (9/8/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Braulio Martinez, 45, was found guilty for battery-domestic violence (10/6/07 case). Martinez was sentenced to 180 days in jail (174 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 2 years probation and fined $1,000 ($600 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Brandy N. Martinez, 30, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (10/12/07 case-amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Martinez was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Martinez had a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (10/12/07 case) dismissed by the court.

Leslie Kay Milliron, 51, was found guilty for driving under the influence (11/3/07 case). Milliron was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days in jail, 3 days credited), placed on 2 years probation, had her drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) plus $165.50 in court costs.

Milliron pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving without privileges (11/3/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Milliron was found guilty for failure to appear for misdemeanor citation (11/3/07 case). Milliron was sentenced to 3 days in jail (3 days credited, concurrent to Count I) and fined $50.

For these charges Milliron was ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

Juan M. Rodrigues, 44, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (11/10/07 case). Rodrigues was fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Rodrigues had a charge of providing false information to an officer (11/10/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Delina C. Thompson, 22, pleaded not guilty to dog running at large (11/9/07 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.

Ty W. Kleffner, 18, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of battery-domestic violence (11/13/07 case-amended to battery). Kleffner was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail (88 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Paul D. Miller, 48, was found guilty for driving under the influence (12/14/07 case). Miller was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 1 year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined for $1,000 ($650 suspended) plus $105.50 in court costs.

Marcia L. Avella, 48, was found guilty for an amended charge of dogs-vicious dogs (12/26/07 case-amended to dog running at large). Avella was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Ariana McKinney, (age unknown), was found guilty for use of a telephone to terrify/harass false statement (12/21/07 case). McKinney was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Joshua D. Foale, 15, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (1/2/08 case). Foale was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Foale was found guilty for an amended charge of failure to stop at an accident/leave scene (1/2/08 case-amended to failure to notify upon striking fixtures on a highway). Foale was sentenced to 2 days in jail (converted to 40 hours community service) and fined $150 plus $24 in court costs.

Jacob R. Ash, 18, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (1/12/08 case). The case was withheld.

Luise Lara Martinez, 26, was found guilty for an amended charge of enhancement-domestic battery/assault-child present (1/15/08 case-amended to battery-domestic violence). Martinez was sentenced to 90 days in jail (49 days suspended, 41 days credited) and placed on 1 year probation.

Dixielee Tease, 37, was found guilty for driving vehicles without owners consent (2/8/08 case). Tease was fined $75 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Pedro Villa Gomez Salazar, 38, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/11/08 case). Salazar was fined $250 plus $80.50 in court costs.

James A. Mixer, 25, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/12/08 case). Mixer was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jordan A. Gantt, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/12/08 case). Gantt was fined $118.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Daniel J. Christiansen, 21, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/13/08 case). Christiansen was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Samuel J. Steffen, 25, was found guilty for driving without privileges (2/14/08 case). Steffen was sentenced to 180 days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 2 years and ordered to pay $90.50 in court costs.

Carl L. Holmes, 65, was found guilty for parking of a non-licensed vehicle (2/14/08 case). Holmes was placed on 3 months probation and fined $300 ($250 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Tia B. High, 22, was found guilty for the unlawful overtaking and passing a school bus (2/6/08 case). High was fined $100 plus $80.50 in court costs.

Jonathan A. Glenn, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/12/08 case). Glenn was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Jose Martinez Martinez, 24, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/21/08 case). Martinez was sentenced to 2 days in jail (2 days credited) and fined $75 plus $75.50 in court costs.
