Magistrate Court

David C. Hess, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16, (12/1/98 case--amended to battery).

Hess was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail (180 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation and fined $500 ($300 suspended) plus $63.50 in court costs.

Gaynell Marie Goodson, 31, was found guilty for a charge of grand theft, (12/12/07 case) that was later dismissed by the court.

Jessica D. Clark, 22, was found guilty for an amended charge of battery-domestic violence, (9/12/06 case-amended to disturbing the peace). Clark was sentenced to 30 days in jail (29 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 1 year probation and ordered to pay $147.50 in court costs.

Darron Hill, 37, had a charge of battery, (2/9/06 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Katherine A. Cotnoir, 39, was found guilty for a controlled substance simulated-manufacturing, distribution and possession, (3/25/07 case). Cotnoir was sentenced to 160 days (153 days suspended, 7 days credited), placed on 18 months probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $142.50 in court costs.

Cotnoir had charges of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for misdemeanor citation, (3/25/07 cases), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Romeo R. Trevino, 25, was found guilty for driving without privileges, (4/15/07 case). Trevino was sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $500 ($300 suspended).

Trevino was found guilty for resisting or obstructing officers, (4/15/07 case). Trevino was sentenced to 365 days in jail (305 days suspended), placed on 2 years probation and fined $200 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Trevino was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving, (4/15/07 case). Trevino was fined $150.

Catherine A. Rosser, 26, was found guilty for aiding in a misdemeanor, (5/30/07 case). Rosser was fined $100 plus $147.50 in court costs.

Steven Allen Cool, 51, was found guilty for a violation of a no contact order, (6/30/04 case). Cool was sentenced to 30 days in jail (25 days concurrent with Ada County, 3 days credited) and ordered to pay $163.50 in court costs.

Wanda L. Antimo, 40, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, (7/6/07 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license.) Antimo was fined $150 plus $150.50 in court costs.

Nicholas T. Rossi, 22, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges, (7/1/07 case--amended to driving without privileges (3 offenses).) Rossi was sentenced to 365 days in jail (305 days suspended), placed on 2 years on probation, had his drivers license suspended for 2 years and fined $1,000 ($600 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Rossi had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation, (7/1/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Jose Abel Rivera-Rodriquez, 44, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence, (7/22/07 case). The case was withheld.

Ashley Gilbert, 66, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace, (6/29/07 case), that was later dismissed by the prosecutor.

Michael R. Simono, 49, pleaded not guilty for disturbing the peace, (6/29/07 case). The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor.

Christopher C. Stevens, 18, was found guilty for driving a vehicle without owners consent, (4/19/07 case). Stevens was sentenced to 60 days in jail (58 days suspended, 2 days credited), placed on 1 year probation, and fined $500 ($350 suspended) plus $172.50 in court costs and $275 in restitution.

Ramiro O. Pedroza, 19, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, (8/11/07 case). Pedroza was placed on 6 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Pedroza had a charge of contempt of court, (1/7/08 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Amnon Barnett, 22, had a charge of battery-domestic violence, (8/19/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Nathaniel W. Loomis, 27, pleaded guilty for driving under the influence, (8/23/07 case). The case was withheld.

Christopher K. Miller, 18, pleaded not guilty to a charge of the use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, (8/21/07 case), that was dismissed by the prosecutor. Miller was ordered to pay $150 in forfeited bonds.

Brenton L. Peck, 18, was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving, (9/11/07 case-amended to inattentive/careless drinking). The case was withheld.

Richard K. Vervalen, 24 was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence (excessive), the charge stemming from a 10/20/07 case was amended to driving under the influence.

Vervalen was sentenced to 10 days in jail (3 days credited), placed on 1 years probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $500 plus $90.50 in court costs.

Vervalen had a charge of failure to carry a drivers license, (10/20/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Justin D. Phillips, 22, had an amended charge of reckless driving, (10/26/07 case-amended to driving-offense by person owning/controlling vehicle), dismissed by the prosecutor. Phillips was ordered to pay $100 in forfeited bonds.

Richard Brown, (age unknown), had a charge of vicious dog, (12/2/07 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.

Thea A. Le Fevre, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (12/7/07 case). Le Fevre was sentenced to 30 days in jail, (20 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $300 ($100 suspended) plus $135.50 in court costs.

Efren Martinez, 20, was found guilty for vicious dogs, (12/8/07 case). Martinez was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Christopher A. Lamm, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, (1/5/08 case). The case was withheld.

Joshua James Moyer, 24, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (1/13/08 case). Moyer was fined $68.50 and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Merced Estala, 22, was found guilty for an amended charge of the unlawful transportation of an open alcoholic beverage container, (1/15/08 case-amended to the consumption and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container.) Estala was fined $15.50 plus $44.50 in court costs.

Jacob A. Kibe, (age unknown), was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/17/08 case). Kibe was fined $118.50 and ordered to pay $78.50 in court costs.

Sharella L. Boren, 19, was found guilty for driving without privileges, (1/19/08 case). Boren was sentenced to 60 days in jail (58 days suspended, 1 day credited), placed on 1 year probation, had her drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $92.50 in court costs.

Boren was found guilty for failure to maintain liability insurance, (1/19/08 case). Boren was fined $300 ($250 suspended).

Jennifer R. Tullis, 24, was found guilty for driving without privileges, (1/20/08 case). Tullis was sentenced to 2 days in jail, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $250 plus $107.50 in court costs.

Tasha D. Munster, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Munster was ordered to pay $93.50 in court costs.

Brandon J. Forrey, 24, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (1/18/08 case). Forrey was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Zach P. Rarick, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Rarick was fined $118.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Camila J. Sandoval, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Sandoval was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Jesse W. Schlagle, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Schlagle was fined $118.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Gregg C. Weber, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Weber was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Joseph A. Witrosky, 17, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor, (1/18/08 case). Witrosky was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Conner B. Hoy, 22, was found guilty for driving without privileges, (1/27/08 case). Hoy was sentenced to 15 days in jail (2 days credited, forthwith), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and ordered to pay $90.50 in court costs.

Michael T. Baughman, 30, was found guilty for hunting, trapping or fishing without a license, (1/25/08 case). Baughman was fined $23 plus $83 in court costs.

Joanna M. Xavier, 24, was found guilty for inattentive/careless drinking, (1/21/08 case). Xavier was fined $75 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Vicnente A. Pedroza, 32, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license, (1/29/08 case). Pedroza was sentenced to 5 days in jail, (2 days credited).

Christopher J. Mitchell, 36, was found guilty for an amended charge of a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license, (1/29/08 case-amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license.) Mitchell was ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Matthew Jon Ashby, 26, had a charge of failure to carry a drivers license, (1/29/08 case), dismissed by the court.
